Sodium Olivoil Glutamate is a non-ethoxylated, vegetal derived surfactant that combines the unique fatty acid profile of olive oil with the characteristic affinity of glutamic acid toward the skin surface. 

The lipo-amino acid units are sourced from Olea Europaea, Cocos Nucifera and Saccharum officinarum

The Olivoil Glutamate does not contain Elaeis Guineensis derivatives: it is

PALM and KERNEL PALM OIL FREE

Extra-virgin Olive oil is obtained by cold pressing of the pulp of fruits of Olea europaea (Olive), a species of small tree of the family Oleaceae, native to the coastal areas of the eastern Mediterranean region from Lebanon, Syria, the maritime parts of Asia Minor to the south end of the Caspian Sea and successively cultivated in all the Mediterranean area.
